Canadian applying to Texas Dental Schools

I'm a Canadian applicant applying with a high GPA, my Canadian GPA converted to the American one is ~3.9++.

I'm interested in getting a good dental education and the cheapest one too.

What are your opinions about the Texas dental schools and Canadian applicants?
